The Short Story of the Bible takes the reader on a tour from Creation through Revelation. The book is a two-hour read and is purposefully written for those with modest familiarity with the Bible. I've lost count of the number of times I've heard people say they wanted to increase their Bible knowledge, but then they look at that inch-thick book with tiny font, single-spaced, no pictures, and still over a thousand pages to read . . . I get it. It can be intimidating. That's why this book was written. It's informative and somewhat entertaining yet biblically accurate in its condensed rendering of Bible stories and events.
