In life, we ride on the vicissitudes of living, striving to balance our responsibilities. We manage well with pizzazz! Suddenly, we find ourselves in a deep, crucial challenge. A tragedy befalls us without any clue how to tackle it. This book was conceived in the early years of this century to pass on a very important tool for posterity: a powerful meditation practice to live a great life. The inspiration developed by meditation culminated in the writing of The Lotus Birth of the Universe, a challenging endeavour of philosophy that was published in early 2023.Mind matters most.It is interesting to understand that the mind is like a deep ocean of knowledge. To that end, I have revised A Journey in the 4th Dimension to publish it now with only minor cosmetic changes from its original form. I hope it is valuable to you in your own journey through life!
