Reiki, a healing technique to channel energy by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being, has long been used as an alternative method for healing personal illnesses and pain. The practice unlocks a white light healing power that already exists within each of us. First Degree Reiki Manual is designed to give students new to Reiki a guidebook to follow when offering a Reiki Treatment, as well as an overview of what Reiki is and what it does.
