Biografie
Marzia Aricò is a design leader, independent consultant, coach, author, and public speaker. She has dedicated much of her career to helping organisations achieve meaningful transformation through design. Over the years, she has collaborated with numerous large organisations across over twenty sectors. Marzia holds a PhD in Organisational Studies from Copenhagen Business School and is a staunch advocate for integrating design with business, fostering synergy between industry and academia.
