Marieke is normally a happy camper, traveller, illustrator and holder of a psychology msc. Until.. a cloud of anxiety (depression? Burn-out?) knocked her off her feet. She felt she would never be okay again, but.. she did. Once she was thriving once again, she made herself this 'do-book'. So she could always have hope, love and a step-by-step guide if such a storm would ever hit her again. The Dutch version of the book became a huge bestseller, helping over 25.000 people feel better.
