Slogan/Promotie
There is a QR on the backside of the book, that goes directly to gofunme of Mahmoud. Mahmoud is a 21-year-old young man from Gaza. He reached out to us with a deeply personal request: “Please help keep my story alive.” This book is not just a product — it’s a living testimony. Mahmoud wants his voice, his pain, his dreams, and his humanity to continue echoing far beyond the borders that now confine him. Why does he need support? Mahmoud also needs money — not to enrich himself, but simply to survive. In Gaza today, basic human needs like food, medicine, and shelter have become almost unattainable. He lives in a place where, tragically, survival itself is a daily fight. The difficult question of 'paying' I shared with the audience, and I share with you now, that “paying” is not a simple act in this context. It can feel terrible — because when there is so little food entering Gaza, giving money might unintentionally highlight the gap between those who receive help and those who don’t. It might seem as if we are setting people with money up against those without it. That is a deeply painful and unjust reality. Yet Mahmoud has chosen to be brave. By asking us to take care of his story — and to help him stay alive — he invites us to connect with him in the most direct, human way possible. He is not just asking for charity; he is sharing trust, and a piece of himself, with us. An invitation So, if you can, please scan the QR code and support Mahmoud. And if you cannot give financially, carry his story forward. Tell someone. Remember him. Because helping is not only about money — it is also about refusing to let a life, a voice, or a story disappear.
