If you could see your life from start to finish, would you rather be? Would you change things? Alter the outcome of your decisions? Questions are asked but the answers are nowhere to be found. Hidden information and information so readily available that you start to question its reliability. Who to trust, or trust at all? Who to tell lies and who lies at all? Men in suits at birth and men in suits in death, tears of joy and tears of sadness. So, tell me, if I could show you your life from start to finish, would you read it? Would you change things? Would you rather be?

Biografie

Ynze Nijland is a teenager born on the 7th of October 2006, currently living and writing in the rural countryside in the Netherlands. Already publishing his first book, he only recently discovered that he had an interest in and talent for poetry. Last summer (2024) in America, a student exchange led him to write his first poem, after which, the rest followed. Ynze seems to have found a unique way of expressing opinion and concern in playful and easy-to-read poetry. Supported by close friends and family, he anxiously awaits the results of his debut but has already moved on, with more poems and books to follow.
